You have to login to Auroforet to place an order. If you dont have an account, please create one using the Register option from the main menu or click here. Please provide a username , a valid email address and set a password to create an account. 

Once created, you will be able to login using these credentials. Also, please remember to add the correct Billing and Shipping addresses for error free delivery.

You can use your debit / credit cards and UPI for online payments.

Yes you will be able to cancel the order before it’s shipped. Once shipped, you cannot cancel the order. If necessry, you can return the product but the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. 

It depends on the type of product and situation. If you haven’t opened the package, you will be able to file a return. In such case, the shipping charges and other expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you can apply for a return.
